Description

  • Protect and grow a portfolio of accounts by leading rigorous renewal conversations that maintain GRR targets and create room for expansion.
  • Lead pricing migration discussions with customers and close the transition to the platform model.
  • Drive multi-module adoption by positioning Workleap Agent as a performance multiplier for managers.
  • Reduce churn risk by identifying early warning signs, escalating with a plan, and leading Mid-Term Value Reviews.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date HubSpot pipeline that reflects the true status of opportunities.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to prepare calls, build account briefs, and accelerate communication and research.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and FP&A teams on escalations and deal approvals.
  • Own the customer relationship as the primary point of contact, acting as both consultant and business partner across onboarding through renewal.
  • Participate in renewal calls during onboarding and progressively manage renewals and pricing migration cases independently.

Requirements

  • Bilingual French-English proficiency is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success with a renewal quota.
  • Experience managing a book of business between $1M and $5M ARR.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult commercial conversations such as price increases, objections, and migrations without losing the relationship or the deal.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline discipline, with HubSpot hygiene treated as a professional standard.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT as part of daily work.
  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment where the playbook is still being built.
  • Preferred: experience with pricing or packaging transitions for existing customers.
  • Preferred: a player-coach mindset with a habit of sharing learnings and elevating teammates.

Benefits

  • Salary range of CAD $80K–$90K.
  • Commission eligibility with total target compensation (OTE) of approximately CAD $115K–$130K.
