Description

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs, goals, and expectations.
Develop project plans and timelines and manage execution to deliver work on time and on budget.
Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when needed.
Work closely with internal teams across design, content, marketing, SEO, and PPC to support seamless campaign delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and strengthen service offerings.
Liaise with creative, content, and marketing teams to progress delivery across multiple projects.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, front-of-house, account management, or project management roles.
2 years of experience in digital marketing or the medical aesthetics industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and client demands.
Self-motivated and able to manage time and projects independently in a remote environment.
2 years in a marketing agency environment is preferred.
Medical aesthetics experience is preferred.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or ClickUp is preferred.
Must be based in Dubai or the wider UAE region and eligible to invoice as an independent contractor.
Must have the right to work in the UAE; no sponsorship is offered.

Benefits

Competitive contractor rate of AED 9,000 to AED 13,500 per month, depending on experience and capability.
Full-time contractor role with 40 hours per week.
Remote-friendly working arrangement.
