Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts end to end.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and monthly performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention and support account growth.
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility and rankings.
  • Execute Local SEO strategies including citation management, NAP consistency, review optimization, and local ranking improvements.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare clear monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations during client meetings.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage digital marketing tools that improve service delivery.
  • Learn and use internal platforms to analyze client performance data.
  • Continuously improve workflows and optimization processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP).
  • Strong knowledge of Local SEO, including local ranking factors, citation management, NAP consistency, and review management.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous agency or white-label marketing experience is preferred.
  • Client-facing account management experience is preferred.
  • Experience selecting and implementing digital marketing tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly is preferred.
  • LATAM candidates are preferred, with working hours aligned to U.S. business hours.
