Description

  • Build, develop, and grow strategic relationships with OEM organisations across the region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Keyloop and assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the face of Keyloop to customers and the voice of customers within the business.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with senior decision-makers, ownership groups, and operational teams.
  • Drive account satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Manage expectations and oversee the performance and adoption of Keyloop products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and deliver value to customers.
  • Meet revenue targets by growing existing OEM accounts.
  • Build and execute a business and sales plan.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports and manage your own territory effectively.

Requirements

  • Track record of growing existing accounts in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Structured approach to sales, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort working with numbers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to listen as well as communicate.
  • Resilience and comfort handling deals that do not go to plan.
  • Confidence using CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage your own territory or patch.
  • Experience speaking confidently about products and services.
  • Academic qualifications are not required; selection is based on experience and potential.
  • Experience with AI tools is encouraged and supported.
