Description

  • Own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts and serve as the primary strategic partner for clients.
  • Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts and support PM-led calls on smaller accounts while owning the performance narrative.
  • Translate roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities and flag execution risks.
  • Track creative performance, audience fatigue, and cohort behavior to surface insights proactively.
  • Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams around a unified account strategy.
  • Support retention strategy, including repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
  • Partner with Project Managers to keep execution on track and collaborate with the Account Director on quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
  • Support renewal prep and service expansion conversations.
  • Use Iris, nova, and other performance data tools daily to identify issues before clients raise them.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to account retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships day to day.
  • Strong understanding of how creative strategy and media strategy interact.
  • Familiarity with the influencer and UGC ecosystem.
  • Comfort with DTC economics including CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and cohort behavior.
  • Experience in Meta-heavy media mixes and related measurement challenges.
  • Experience working in seasonal marketing environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into a clear client narrative under time pressure.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • This is a contract position with intent to convert to full-time within 30–90 days.
  • Ability to work 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid if legally eligible to work in the U.S.
