Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing VIP clients across SEA.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client queries, issue resolution, and product support.
  • Analyze user behavior and trading patterns to identify client needs and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Product, Security, and other internal teams to support clients.
  • Prepare account analysis reports and track key account status.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients against new-business KPIs.
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, local communities, and professional networks.
  • Plan and execute local VIP events, including dinners and meetups.
  • Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive analyses for client meetings.
  • Provide SEA market intelligence and support broader APAC initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field; relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency with data tools and spreadsheets; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Existing network of crypto or stock traders, especially quant trading or mathematical finance communities, preferred.
  • Personal trading experience with stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments preferred.
  • Prior finance, technical sales, research, or client services experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of local SEA crypto trading communities and market dynamics preferred.
