Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts.
  • Advise clients on people development strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Onboard new customers through product demos and training sessions.
  • Monitor customer engagement and review data with clients to improve outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business strategy reviews with each client.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client impact and revenue growth.
  • Share customer insights cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and product development.

Requirements

  • Native verbal and written fluency in English and French.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D, HR, Talent, Customer Success, or Account Management with enterprise clients.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and fluency in business terminology.
  • Experience as a freelancer or in a startup environment.
  • Ability to identify growth and development opportunities within accounts.
  • Strong ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals.
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable working with limited structure and processes.
  • Data-driven, curious, and biased toward action.
  • Great judgment and strong collaboration skills.
