Description

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, including senior leadership.
  • Serve as a strategic client advisor and guide client planning and recommendations.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and support upsell efforts.
  • Participate in new business strategy sessions, pitches, and presentations.
  • Manage account financials, reporting, and monthly and quarterly forecast updates.
  • Own work from briefing through scope execution to ensure delivery on strategy, time, and budget.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the client services team and assigned agency team.
  • Act as the client’s champion internally across functional teams and capabilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on brand planning, tactical deliverables, and budget planning.
  • Mentor direct reports and junior team members while supporting their development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience.
  • Experience working on a DAOR pharmaceutical brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Client-facing experience with demonstrated interaction with C-suite level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, details, and deadlines under pressure.
  • Professional presentation, public speaking, and document/presentation development skills.
  • Flexible, agile, and able to change course quickly when needed.
  • Eastern Time Zone candidates are preferred for this remote-flexible role.
