Description

  • Annotate and label text, images, or audio to create training data for AI systems.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Create, test, and refine prompts to improve large language model (LLM) performance.
  • Ensure content reflects correct cultural, linguistic, and industry-specific context.
  • Review project instructions and deliverables and complete assigned tasks within provided timelines.
  • Decide which short- or long-term projects to accept based on scope, timeline, and compensation.
  • Use digital tools and contributor platforms to submit work and track assignments.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Russian.
  • Based in one of the following countries: Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, United States, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, or Tajikistan.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and contributor platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and curious mindset.
  • Availability for flexible, remote project-based work (projects may last days to several weeks).
  • Willingness to join the talent database and wait to be contacted when suitable projects arise.
  • Experience with annotation, evaluation, or prompt creation is a plus.
