Description

  • Support deal flow maintenance and provide operational and administrative sales support.
  • Track internal and external communications and responses related to operational requests.
  • Enter executed contracts and terms into internal systems, including Asana, Airtable, and Connect.
  • Coordinate delivery requests for publisher partners and help ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
  • Work with the Sales and Finance teams to track royalty reports and payments and ensure they are received on time.
  • Escalate issues as needed and help resolve delivery, royalty reporting, and operational challenges.
  • Provide operational support to members of the Content Sales team as needed.
  • Manage newsletter outreach.
  • Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales support experience.
  • Experience with Asana and Airtable is required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Meticulous organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • This is a 6-month 1099 contract role working approximately 20 hours per week.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $27-$32 USD.
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
  • 6-month 1099 contract arrangement.
  • This position does not qualify for benefits.
