Description

  • Record approximately 1 hour of natural conversations based on provided prompts and customer support scenarios.
  • Take on assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent, either individually or with a partner depending on the task.
  • Record in one or two languages when required by the assignment scope.
  • Speak naturally and clearly while following all provided instructions and prompts.
  • Ensure recordings are completed in a quiet, noise-free environment that meets audio quality standards.
  • Upload, rename, and submit files correctly according to project instructions.
  • Re-record assignments when quality standards are not met or revisions are requested.
  • Complete assignments within project deadlines and remain available for potential follow-up requests.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 hour of recording time per assignment.
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.
  • Clear audio quality with minimal background noise.
  • Ability to participate in conversational role-based recordings.
  • Availability aligned with project timelines, pairing needs, and assignment availability.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone or headset.
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files correctly.
  • Selected participants may be required to sign an agreement and acknowledgement form.
  • Existing Deel rates and onboarding structures may remain in place for participants already onboarded through Deel.
