Description

  • Coach squads in agile, product-centric, and dual-track discovery and delivery practices.
  • Guide teams in delivery maturity, product planning, and prioritization.
  • Help teams focus on customer and business outcomes rather than output.
  • Facilitate refinement, planning, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
  • Drive shift-left quality practices and remove blockers.
  • Advise on metrics for measuring and improving team effectiveness.
  • Coach teams to visualize roadmaps, delivery plans, and progress consistently.
  • Organize and improve cross-squad sessions such as show-and-tells and learning forums.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into everyday team workflows.
  • Build trusted relationships with squads and act as a catalyst for experimentation and change.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Agile Coach working with cross-functional, self-organizing Agile teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric scale-ups.
  • Experience working in remote-first, high-performance organizations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP, and combining methodologies effectively.
  • Experience teaching practices including user story mapping, event storming, example mapping, and slicing.
  • Track record coaching teams in continuous product discovery, delivery, quality improvement, and outcomes over output.
  • Comfort holding teams accountable to agreed working practices and addressing gaps.
  • Understanding of emerging Agile practices and how AI is changing team workflows.
  • Servant-leadership approach and practical coaching experience; formal certifications are not required.
