Description

  • Manage project scope and timelines to support successful delivery.
  • Create and maintain a team culture of shared accountability and high performance.
  • Guide teams in applying Scrum and agile practices throughout projects.
  • Help define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare and facilitate virtual or in-person workshops to establish project needs and working relationships.
  • Run meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and remove impediments.
  • Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Use data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Report progress, team status, and issues to stakeholders and the business.

Requirements

  • Scrum Master certification or qualification, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience applying Scrum and a wider awareness of agile principles.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in an enterprise agency environment.
  • Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, including budget/time tracking and issue tracking software.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical terminology comfortably.
  • Broad understanding of web technologies, including HTML/HTML5, CSS, CMS, JavaScript, and version control.
