Description

  • Own UX and UI execution for web and app initiatives, including landing pages, checkout, onboarding, account, and subscription flows.
  • Translate product and growth opportunities into polished, development-ready experiences.
  • Create and iterate concepts, user flows, prototypes, and A/B test variants.
  • Use research, analytics, product context, and design-system patterns to guide decisions and identify risks.
  • Produce responsive designs, interaction details, Figma files, and handoff documentation.
  • Maintain consistency with Ollie’s design system and customer experience standards.
  • Participate in planning, critique, and delivery processes as roadmap priorities evolve.
  • Partner with engineers during implementation and support design quality assurance.
  • Increase design capacity to keep priority initiatives moving at pace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with senior-level ownership of shipped digital products.
  • Strong visual and interaction design, systems thinking, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with DTC, subscription, e-commerce, growth, or conversion-focused products.
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated output and handle confidential information, third-party content, and intellectual property responsibly.
  • Comfort working quickly through ambiguity while balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
  • Experience with structured product-development tools and workflows, such as Jira.
  • Availability to start on or near October 1, 2026 and commit approximately 20 hours per week for 60–90 days.
  • U.S.-based and available during Eastern Time working hours; East Coast candidates preferred.
  • Interest in potential full-time conversion after the contract, which is not guaranteed.
