Description

  • Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery and low-fidelity concepts through polished, developer-ready designs.
  • Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
  • Translate insights into usable, accessible solutions that address edge cases and multiple states.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to frame problems and determine effective solutions.
  • Prototype and test concepts using appropriate fidelity and tools.
  • Contribute reusable, accessible, and well-documented patterns to the design system.
  • Share work regularly, participate in critique, and help improve team design quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience.
  • Experience designing and shipping digital products within cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual craft.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong visual and interaction design judgment, including when to refine versus ship.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a focus on improving user outcomes through design.
