Description

  • Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations for client engagements.
  • Build brand books and visual identity systems.
  • Plan and participate in client brand workshops, translating discussions into visual concepts.
  • Use generative image and video tools to create concept visuals, campaign assets, and creative options.
  • Support UI and product design work in Figma and AI-enabled tools.
  • Apply agentic workflows to move concepts toward production-ready designs.
  • Partner with product designers and developers to maintain consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Present concepts and creative rationale to client stakeholders.
  • Manage work across multiple concurrent agency and consulting engagements.
  • Evaluate emerging AI design tools and contribute to an AI-focused design culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, including significant agency or consulting experience.
  • Strong graphic design foundations in typography, layout, brand systems, and visual composition.
  • Portfolio-demonstrated experience with Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, Veo 3, or comparable generative tools.
  • Experience creating stylescapes and brand books and participating in brand workshops.
  • Working proficiency in Figma with the ability to support UI and product design.
  • Experience with agentic AI design workflows such as Claude Code or Claude Design.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to align working hours with Eastern Time.
  • Experience with BMAD or similar agentic delivery frameworks preferred.
  • Portfolio spanning brand/graphic design and UI/product design preferred; front-end or prototyping familiarity is a plus.
