Description

  • Review, organize, and curate video content across categories, genres, and regional programming themes using internal content management systems.
  • Audit video content, metadata, and datasets to identify quality, taxonomy, and classification issues, applying fixes or documenting discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain content repositories with accurate metadata and alignment to internal programming guidelines.
  • Analyze audience behavior, performance data, and industry trends to inform programming strategy and product improvements.
  • Support programming initiatives, spotlight programs, and audience-engagement campaigns based on project priorities.
  • Track recurring quality trends and data gaps to recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and insights to support team knowledge bases and continuous learning.
  • Partner with project managers and team members to manage deadlines, align priorities, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Review lists and datasets as needed to support broader business and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in French and/or German is required.
  • Intermediate fluency in French if a native German speaker, or German if a native French speaker.
  • Prior experience in content quality review, content operations, content moderation, digital media, video programming, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing digital or video content against defined quality standards and identifying content or data issues.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content and data.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Basic fluency in Italian is preferred.
  • Experience working with children and families in trust & safety, education, or entertainment is a plus.
  • Experience with content curation, programming, editorial strategy, or audience development is preferred.
  • Experience turning data and content observations into actionable insights is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or technology-focused environment is preferred.
