Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point-of-sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate requirements into tailored product workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, and data migration activities for client implementations.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other business data.
  • Track risks, deadlines, and dependencies while keeping internal teams and client stakeholders aligned.
  • Run workshops and onboarding sprints to help key stakeholders become independent platform users.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short workflow videos.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve implementation issues involving APIs and integrations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects at the same time.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence in business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management mindset and the ability to handle user resistance and guide process transformations.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and highly organized approach with strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to reverse-engineer technical issues and work with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
  • Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
