Description

  • Manage full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  • Lead module-specific workshops and translate business requirements into system capabilities.
  • Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  • Provide guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations.
  • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  • Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Own QA cycles, integration validation, troubleshooting, and project reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2–4 years of HRIS implementation, support, or end-user experience.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
