Description

Manage full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
Lead module-specific workshops and translate business requirements into system capabilities.
Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
Provide guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations.
Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
Own QA cycles, integration validation, troubleshooting, and project reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
2–4 years of HRIS implementation, support, or end-user experience.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
