Description

  • Work on-site with compliance, risk, and innovation teams at financial institutions and regulators across Europe.
  • Conduct client discovery to understand workflows, tools, pain points, and regulatory obligations.
  • Document client findings and communicate them to Product and Business Development to influence roadmaps and sales strategies.
  • Partner with Business Development in client and regulator meetings, owning solution design and follow-up.
  • Present CertiK products and services to senior stakeholders and develop scoped proposals with deliverables and timelines.
  • Deliver licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops, and reports.
  • Represent CertiK at regional industry events and regulator meetings.
  • Coordinate with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia across time zones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, solutions, business development, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles.
  • Experience working with banks, CASPs, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Understanding of day-to-day compliance or risk functions.
  • Availability to work at client sites for weeks at a time and travel regularly across Europe.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory compliance and technology.
  • Strong professional writing and presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and engagements end to end.
  • Based in Europe; the role must be performed outside the United States.
  • Knowledge of MiCA, FCA, BaFin, AMF, or other European licensing regimes preferred.
  • Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, compliance remediation, surveillance software, Big Four or financial services consulting, or a second European language preferred.
