Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through successful go-live.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes.
  • Translate business requirements into customized platform workflows and configurations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and technical dependencies.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data into the platform.
  • Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
  • Create implementation enablement materials such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, QA, and engineering teams to escalate blockers and communicate client feedback.
  • Support user adoption and help clients navigate organizational and process change.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management mindset and ability to handle user resistance.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
  • Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
