Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate requirements into optimized workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and technical dependencies across internal and client stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of business data such as vendor lists, budgets, and item catalogs.
  • Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints that enable client stakeholders to use the platform independently.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate technical blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.
  • Support clients through organizational and process change while simplifying complex product logic.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues involving APIs and integrations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously while controlling deadlines, scope, and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, with confidence in business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for organizing and validating business data and metrics.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management mindset with the ability to handle user resistance and guide clients through process transformation.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and strong in presentation, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
  • Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Understanding of finance, accounting, procurement, or core business operations is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
