Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from point of sale through go-live as the primary client contact.
  • Run discovery sessions to understand client procurement and financial processes and translate them into optimized workflows.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, technical alignment, risks, and stakeholder expectations across internal and client teams.
  • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other business data.
  • Deliver workshops and onboarding sprints to help client stakeholders use the platform independently.
  • Create structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short workflow videos.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.
  • Reverse-engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges involving APIs and integrations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously while keeping scope, deadlines, and stakeholders aligned.
  • Advanced written and spoken English, with confidence in leading business meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for organizing and validating business data and metrics.
  • Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
  • Strong change management mindset with the ability to handle user resistance and guide clients through process transformation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving ability to work through technical issues and collaborate with engineering on APIs and integrations.
  • Experience implementing or onboarding B2B SaaS customers in the US, UK, or European markets is a plus.
  • Background in economics, finance, management, business, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • Understanding of finance, accounting, procurement, or other core business operations is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, or other enterprise software is a plus.
