Description

Deliver customer support via email and chat.
Resolve inquiries related to billing, product usage, technical issues, and bugs.
Create reports and keep customer feedback up to date.
Escalate complex issues to engineers when needed.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle sensitive customer data securely.
Keep up with evolving tools, technology, and customer support practices.
Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
At least 2 years of customer support experience.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
High emotional intelligence and empathy.
Ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Experience with iOS/Android devices is a plus.
Experience handling high workload is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
