Description

  • Interpret conversations accurately between English and Vietnamese speakers during live calls.
  • Facilitate clear communication so both parties understand each other.
  • Handle calls involving simple and complex topics across healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, law enforcement, 911 emergency services, and general business.
  • Work from a home office in a quiet and secure environment.
  • Follow a rotating night-shift schedule across assigned hours.
  • Maintain availability for 24/7 operations, including public holidays.
  • Provide interpretation for technical and non-technical subject matter.
  • Adhere to client-required schedules and rotating days off.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese, including reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Must be able to work from home.
  • Must own a mobile phone with Android 12+ or iOS 15+.
  • Must own a laptop with an updated version.
  • Must be willing to work rotating night shifts for 9 hours within the required schedule.
  • Must be willing to work public holidays.
  • Must be available for 2 rotating days off per week.
  • Position is open to candidates located in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

Benefits

  • RM30 per hour, with a minimum monthly estimate of RM4,800 for 160 hours.
