Description

  • Handle customer interactions by phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth and ownership.
  • Resolve custom product questions, fulfillment issues, and other complex customer concerns without relying on scripts.
  • Use internal knowledge bases and product documentation to answer customer questions and support service resolution.
  • Navigate multiple systems at once to review order details, custom design files, inventory, and production information.
  • Update and document customer cases accurately in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Identify process issues and share feedback with customer service leadership to improve the customer journey.
  • Maintain strong service quality while managing time effectively and staying available for inbound customer contacts.
  • Work across a set schedule that may include evenings and weekends during operating hours.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
  • This is a remote seasonal role running from September through December 2026.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with high-end or premium customers and fully owning customer issues.
  • Experience handling inbound contact volume and working within contact queues.
  • Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, such as photo printing or design files.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write custom, professional responses.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to context-switch accurately across multiple platforms.
  • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Ability to learn new or unfamiliar technologies quickly; experience with older or less intuitive systems is a plus.
  • Interest in design- or technical-related issues is preferred.
  • Comfort working a set schedule that includes weekends and some evenings.
