Description

  • Deliver customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Apply customer satisfaction best practices to support positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Keep up with evolving tools, technology, and product features.
  • Test and troubleshoot basic technical issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1/C2 level for both spoken and written communication.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and product features.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
