Description

  • Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring during each live session.
  • Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration before production by observing English-language sessions and aligning on workflow and objectives.
  • Support recording sessions independently after calibration.
  • Monitor recordings in real time and resolve technical or conversational issues as they arise to reduce re-records.
  • Ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and aligned with project specifications.
  • Coordinate session execution across two recording sessions of approximately 4 hours each per participant.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in German (Germany).
  • Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery.
  • Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring, including file format and recording specifications, during live sessions.
  • Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each.
  • Able to complete approximately 8 hours of calibration before production.
  • Experience with live or supervised voice recording workflows (preferred).
