Description

  • Lead network-wide operations across facilities, HR administration, compliance, finance coordination, and vendor management.
  • Partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into operational execution.
  • Assess existing systems and identify needed changes to structure, staffing, and processes.
  • Build and refine policies, procedures, and reporting structures across school sites.
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation in partnership with finance.
  • Mentor and manage operations staff at the network and school levels.
  • Represent operations in board and leadership meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of credible leadership experience in charter school systems and operations.
  • Direct experience managing operations across multiple school sites within a charter network.
  • Track record of building or strengthening operational systems in a growth-stage or transitional organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, finance coordination, facilities, compliance, and vendor management.
  • Comfort working independently in a fractional or interim leadership capacity.
  • Availability to work Pacific business hours regardless of home location.
  • U.S.-based; candidates may reside anywhere in the United States.
  • Availability for a 10-month engagement at 25–30 hours per week.
