Description

  • Maintain clinical governance procedures, including legal, compliance, insurance, certification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the clinical operations team to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure clinical risk management processes are clearly defined and followed.
  • Establish supervision and workload management processes for Behavioural Health Coaches.
  • Support day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of risk management issues and adverse events.
  • Work closely with customer success to meet best practices and service-level needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to support successful adoption and integration of SilverCloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification and/or Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or another mental health-related field.
  • CORU/HCPC registration or other evidence of professional registration.
  • 3-5 years of clinical and/or clinical service (PQE) experience.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and its application in clinical settings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a matrix environment.
  • Experience delivering remote/virtual care and supporter coaching.
  • Children and Young People (CYP) experience desired.
  • Experience in clinical practice management preferred.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract, working one day per week (Tuesdays) for 8 hours.
