Description

Serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules.
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design.
Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes.
Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations.
Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management.
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
Experience with Talent/Performance calibration cycles is preferred.
Willingness to travel to New Mexico if required.
1099 contract availability.
