Description

• Lead HCM data migration workshops and define scope, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Serve as the functional SME for SuccessFactors Payroll and align configuration with business rules.
• Map and validate HR core processes, including payroll, benefits, time, and organizational management, with stakeholders.
• Document functional specifications and data requirements to support build, test, and deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles and reconcile results and defects.
• Establish cutover and parallel run readiness criteria for payroll.
• Track issues and decisions and present options and risks to project leadership.
• Support test planning and execution for payroll and HR processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.
