Description

Partner with management and stakeholders to define, scope, and clarify business questions.
Use SQL and Excel to pull, analyze, and synthesize datasets into actionable insights.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance.
Translate analytical findings into clear narratives supported by charts, figures, and tables.
Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for technical and non-technical senior audiences.
Deliver insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and company strategy.
Apply domain knowledge of the broadband industry to understand issues and data context quickly.
Own critical projects from conception through actionable recommendations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Excel, including data visualization experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and detail-oriented analytical skills.
Solid foundation in statistics and the ability to apply appropriate analytic techniques.
Experience in the cable/telecom industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer, or C2C candidates.
