Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of web and app development projects.
  • Manage sprint planning, execution, and closure with Dev and QA teams.
  • Drive timely sprint completion and reduce spillover.
  • Clarify scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain momentum across parallel workstreams.
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Escalate issues early with mitigation plans and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Lead client status calls, delivery discussions, and structured progress reporting.
  • Coordinate UAT entry, exit, and closure.
  • Manage support ticket tracking and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management for web/app delivery.
  • Experience managing Dev and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Experience working with enterprise or demanding clients.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving delivery outcomes.
  • Experience managing support and maintenance contracts (preferred).
