Description

Lead federal technology and digital services projects from discovery through deployment.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
Facilitate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Partner with technical leads to turn requirements into project plans and user stories.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage budgets, burn rates, forecasts, resource allocations, and staffing plans.
Track scope changes and support change order processes.
Maintain project reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for federal clients.
Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, strategists, and subcontractors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of project management experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
PMP certification is required.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, resource allocation, and financial performance.
Understanding of federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, FAR/DFARS requirements, and federal procurement processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or security clearance if required by the contract.
