Description

  • Lead federal technology and digital services projects from discovery through deployment.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with technical leads to turn requirements into project plans and user stories.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage budgets, burn rates, forecasts, resource allocations, and staffing plans.
  • Track scope changes and support change order processes.
  • Maintain project reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for federal clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, strategists, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of project management experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Understanding of federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts, FAR/DFARS requirements, and federal procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or security clearance if required by the contract.
