Description

  • Partner with client lifecycle marketing teams to build campaigns from the ground up.
  • Optimize existing lifecycle programs across multiple internal and external tools.
  • Conduct thorough QA to ensure campaign quality and accuracy.
  • Manage timelines and prioritize competing requests for campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on campaign troubleshooting and system optimizations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve channel and campaign results.
  • Support new client growth and engagement initiatives through tactical lifecycle marketing work.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on campaign-building experience from brief through launch.
  • Proven ability to QA large, multi-channel campaigns targeting multiple audiences.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, data, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to support contract projects ranging from 10–40 hours per week depending on client needs.
  • Experience working across multiple internal and external marketing tools.
