Description

  • Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform across multiple client channels.
  • Configure and customize Braze to implement agreed-upon campaign strategies.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze messaging capabilities.
  • Use Braze segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to audience segments.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams and other stakeholders to align execution with strategy.
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.
  • Create campaign documentation and reporting, including performance measurement.
  • Optimize CRM campaigns to improve results and client satisfaction.
  • Develop deep expertise in Braze features to support innovative client solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM.
  • Strong experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with QA of CRM campaigns, integrations, and related documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a client service environment.
  • Experience in an agency setting or client-facing role.
  • C1 level of English proficiency.
  • Braze certifications such as Practitioner or Marketer are a plus.
  • Extensive experience using the Braze platform is preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis using SQL is a plus.
