Description

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on web leads, missed calls, and previous inquiries.
  • Confirm appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the sales team.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to past customers for referrals and reviews.
  • Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and response-time goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or call center roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Experience using CRM or appointment scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in home services, construction, or remodeling (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Experience working with performance-based goals or bonuses (preferred).
  • Must reside in a LATAM country.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.

Benefits

  • Working hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST.
  • Salary: $1,200 USD.
  • Independent contractor arrangement.
