Description

Sell QuickTeam’s staffing service to US businesses.
Work warm leads provided by the company.
Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to contact and follow up with prospects.
Close client accounts and build a recurring book of business.
Manage deals using the provided CRM, dialer, and email tools.
Focus on selling while the company handles recruiting, onboarding, and client delivery.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.

Requirements

Proven B2B sales or closing experience, with staffing, services, SaaS, or similar experience preferred.
Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently.
Must be based in the US and able to sell to US businesses.
Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income.
This is a commission-only role with no base salary or hourly pay.
Not suited for candidates who need constant hand-holding or guaranteed 9-to-5 hours.
