Description

Complete a series of payroll-related tasks and scenarios on the platform.
Use real-world payroll experience to answer questions on payroll calculations, compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding, and reporting.
Provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of task questions.
Share professional judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the tasks.
Participate in a project designed to help evaluate research models in payroll-related decision-making.

Requirements

Current involvement in payroll activities as part of your work in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
Payroll must be part of your role, regardless of your formal job title.
Familiarity with payroll processes, including calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding, and reporting.
Bonus: experience with payroll software.
Bonus: experience with HRIS systems or automated payroll workflows.
Must pass an initial screener to determine eligibility for the project.
