Description

  • Identify, engage, qualify, onboard, and negotiate agreements with implementation partners and resellers.
  • Help partners identify, plan, scope, and close opportunities with government and NGO clients.
  • Track partner pipeline and revenue performance, reporting results to OpenFn leadership.
  • Expand existing partner relationships across countries, sectors, and accounts.
  • Train and support partners to sell and implement the OpenFn platform effectively.
  • Own strategic partner relationships and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with product, services, and support teams to address partner needs.
  • Design and deliver a scalable partner certification program.
  • Build the partner community through calls, regional meetups, content, and collaborative prioritization sessions.
  • Collect partner feedback and communicate regional insights and opportunities internally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or relationship management, preferably with a technology or software platform.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, onboarding, and managing partners while driving measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems and incentive structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior-stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Technical understanding of AI agent management, systems integration, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to work independently within a small, fully remote, multi-time-zone team.
  • Professional fluency in English and either French or Spanish.
  • Reliable access to a quiet remote workspace with strong, stable internet.
  • Experience in social impact, health, humanitarian response, or government digital transformation (preferred).
  • Experience with software implementation, systems integration, digital transformation, open source, startups, or both French and Spanish (preferred).
