Description

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for the Commercial/TPO business line.
  • Lead problem identification, business case development, and concept development for commercial products.
  • Drive development of battery energy storage monitoring and servicing capabilities.
  • Identify and evaluate adjacent commercial and industrial energy market opportunities.
  • Develop solutions that address core customer and partner pain points with a focus on scalability.
  • Work with Finance and Revenue Operations to design and implement pricing models and financial structures.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations to ensure product alignment and execution.
  • Lead the Commercial Monthly Business Review and synthesize P&L and client challenges into actionable insights.
  • Understand the needs of building owners, installers, and capital markets stakeholders.
  • Support long-term strategy and roadmap execution for the Commercial business line.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth technology or renewable energy environment.
  • Deep expertise in the commercial solar and/or energy storage industry.
  • Direct experience in product pricing strategy and revenue management.
  • Ability to build and iterate on complex financial models.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept to scale in B2B or partner-led environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Ability to work remotely; this role is temporary and is expected to conclude around December 4.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role, now or in the future.
  • Experience working with capital market asset managers, corporate owners, or distributed energy resource financing and ownership entities (preferred).
  • Familiarity with distributed energy resources such as solar PV, battery energy storage, and EV charging (preferred).
  • Experience launching or scaling technology-enabled services in a regulated or complex industry (preferred).
  • AI-native development experience, including prototyping and building AI agents with tools like Claude Cowork (preferred).
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or technical MS (preferred).
