Description

  • Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for a portion of orders-related products.
  • Manage products through the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Use customer feedback, market research, analytics, regulatory needs, and business value to guide product decisions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas and understand customer workflows and product value.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to scrum teams and maintain a prioritized backlog.
  • Evaluate product investment opportunities and incoming requests and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
  • Translate healthcare, clinical, and regulatory complexity into practical product direction.
  • Ensure product plans align with company strategy and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
  • Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
  • Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
  • Willingness to travel for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings at the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office.
