Description

  • Define strategic product direction and prioritize next-generation platform features and ecosystem integrations.
  • Conduct user discovery and represent customer needs throughout product development.
  • Align engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in pentesting, defensive security operations, and cybersecurity workflows.
  • Own product success metrics, track lifecycle performance, and translate findings into action.
  • Lead go-to-market readiness, including launch strategies, internal training, and customer-facing materials.
  • Evaluate vulnerability management and offensive security tools within customer environments.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and communicate technical details to developers, pentesters, customers, and prospects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years with cybersecurity tools such as vulnerability management or offensive security platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to debug and improve integrations with customers.
  • Strong customer empathy and stakeholder-management skills across engineering, marketing, finance, sales, and customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile software development and global teams.
  • Ability to translate complex security concepts into documentation, user guides, and release notes.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, creative, and action-oriented product decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity domains including vulnerability disclosure, vulnerability management, security operations, and pentesting.
  • Full-time availability from October through the end of February without extended planned absences.

Benefits
