Description

  • Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for assigned orders-related products.
  • Manage products through the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Use customer feedback, market research, analytics, regulatory needs, and business goals to guide product decisions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas and their customer workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for scrum teams and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements and artifacts.
  • Evaluate product investment opportunities and incoming requests, and provide data-informed recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products with AI, automation, and smarter workflows.
  • Navigate healthcare, clinical, and regulatory environments to shape product direction and prioritization.
  • Align product plans with company strategy and long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
  • Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
  • Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Comfort working with APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
  • Must be able to reside within commutable distance to Mississauga, ON for hybrid office expectations, or travel to office events for remote arrangements.
