Description

  • Deliver end-to-end functionality across TypeScript/React frontends and Golang backends.
  • Build products that partners integrate into their own platforms.
  • Develop and maintain wallet systems and related flows with a focus on correctness.
  • Build and operate game systems in certified and audited environments.
  • Design and build GraphQL, gRPC, and REST APIs for internal frontends and partner integrations.
  • Help shape the architecture of the platform on AWS.
  • Drive AI coding adoption and establish effective team practices for review and verification.
  • Collaborate autonomously with the product team and share knowledge through code reviews.
  • Work onsite from the Prague office or remotely within the European time zone.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building production software, with depth in one side of the stack and solid competence in the other.
  • Daily experience shipping production code with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
  • Interest in driving AI adoption across an engineering team and understanding the limitations of agentic coding tools.
  • Strong TypeScript and React skills or strong Golang experience; willingness to learn the other stack.
  • Engineers experienced with Java, Kotlin, or C# may be considered if they are willing to learn Golang.
  • Solid understanding of event-driven distributed systems and concurrency.
  • Experience building services with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Redis, or DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC API design patterns.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Pragmatic approach to testing; experience with third-party widgets or SDKs, real-money systems, Kafka, Terraform, or Docker is preferred.
