Description

  • Design, implement, and operate reusable production-grade AI capabilities and services.
  • Build and evolve LLM gateways, proxies, model-routing systems, prompt strategies, and agentic workflows.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and observability pipelines for AI systems.
  • Define organizational standards for AI testing, versioning, context segregation, and incident response.
  • Own delivery from problem framing and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Develop internal tools, scripts, and intelligent workflows that improve developer productivity.
  • Benchmark and deploy production AI capabilities across internal platforms and software ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior-level experience delivering and operating production systems in Software, AI, or ML Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, RESTful and asynchronous APIs, microservices, and AWS or GCP cloud services.
  • Experience building reliable LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration with tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or MCP.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM gateways or proxies, model routing, evaluation harnesses, and observability tools such as LangSmith, Datadog, or Logfire.
  • Ability to make architectural trade-offs across quality, latency, reliability, security, privacy, scalability, and cost.
  • Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform in cloud environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or developer tooling (preferred).
  • Background in prompt optimization, open-source model fine-tuning, or custom vector database indexing (preferred).
