Description

  • Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic loops.
  • Develop reliable Python services using asynchronous programming, typing, and automated tests.
  • Integrate LLM SDKs such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
  • Implement MCP servers and/or clients.
  • Work with vector databases, PostgreSQL, and hybrid search.
  • Collaborate with the development team on AI-powered software products.
  • Apply evaluation, tracing, infrastructure, and compliance practices where applicable.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience building AI agents in production, beyond proofs of concept or demos.
  • Strong Python skills, including async programming, typing, and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI, or experience building agentic loops without a framework.
  • Experience with Anthropic or OpenAI LLM SDKs.
  • Experience implementing MCP servers and/or clients.
  • Experience with pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, PostgreSQL, and hybrid search.
  • Native/C2 Polish proficiency and B2+/C1 English proficiency.
  • TypeScript/Node.js experience for application layers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, OpenTelemetry, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or Bedrock/Vertex (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR for auditing agentic solutions (preferred).
