Description

Build and deploy production AI agents for complex platform workflows.
Develop MCP servers for agent orchestration, including tool layers, context handling, and model routing through OpenRouter.
Build integrations for identity, e-signature, and real-time data services.
Develop rules engines, configuration runtime capabilities, and AI copilots that enable customer product creation.
Lead customer onboarding work, including data-import pipelines, schema mapping, and go-live cutovers.
Engineer multi-tenant infrastructure, including asynchronous workers, document pipelines, and scheduled jobs.
Design public APIs and contracts for customers and AI-agent consumers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of Python web development experience.
3+ years of experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Django or another Python framework.
2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
Daily experience using agentic AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
Ability to direct AI agents on multi-file, long-horizon tasks.
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
Professional experience with Docker and AWS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years at a scaling startup (preferred).
Experience with spec-driven development using AI for tests, scaffolding, or architecture (preferred).
Experience building production AI agents or multi-step LLM pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks (preferred).
Experience with Claude Code Agent Teams, Codex multi-agent orchestration, or similar parallel agent workflows (preferred).
Must be located in Argentina or Brazil and submit a resume in English.
