Description

  • Implement SIP proxy features in Java and C with high availability and scalability requirements.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on product planning and sprint backlog refinement.
  • Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Analyze stack traces, crashes, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement patches, backports, and enhancements in Asterisk source code.
  • Develop custom C modules and design Asterisk dialplans as needed.
  • Work with Linux systems, networking, system tuning, and kernel parameters.
  • Work with cloud environments and contribute to architecture decisions.
  • Drive best practices, code quality, and technical leadership across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of production experience supporting large-scale deployments.
  • Strong hands-on Java development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with C.
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, Linux, and networking.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven.
  • Proficiency with MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to act as a technical lead and work cross-functionally with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
  • Commitment to ownership of best practices, code quality, and documentation.
  • Experience with GCP is preferred.
